- The gites are rented out per week. A week at Le Palmier or at Le Laurier starts on Saturday at 4pm and ends on the following Saturday at 10am. A week at L’Olivier starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on the following Friday at 10am.
- For the period from November to April other arrival and departure dates may be available.
- The prices include electricity, gas, water, the use of bed linen and towels (except pool towels), and the use of the swimming pool.
- The cleaning costs for all gites are €60; they are not included in the prices.
- Upon reservation, a booking deposit of 30% of the total rental sum is required.
- The final payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
- Every gite is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio-CD player, and a barbecue.
- A cot, a high chair and a babypen are available on request.
- Free WiFi is included in the rental.
- Reduced prices are available during the period from October to April for a stay of three or more weeks. An electricity fee is charged for use of the central heating during that period.
Gites Le Palmier and Le Laurier
Prices per Week (check-in Saturday 4pm – check-out Saturday 10am).From December to January Le Palmier and Le Laurier are also available for EUR 200/day on a 3-day minimum stay.
Additional charges apply for electricity and firewood during the winter months.
